Getting Started

The first step would be to contact me to arrange for a brief telephone assessment to discuss the goals of therapy, ask any questions you may wish to clarify, and to get a better sense of which counsellor would best suit your needs. Once that is established, the counsellor would set up the first meeting. 

We offer in-person and virtual sessions

Angela: Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 6:00pm, Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm

Kiran: Monday-Friday (flexible evening hours), available on Saturday and Sunday

Yoshi: Available on Saturday

Elnaz: Available for virtual sessions during weekday evenings, available on Saturday

Sessions are 50 minutes long.
