I'm Jeneena Livera

My name is Jeneena Livera. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and I want to support you on your journey towards wellness.

 

As a clinical counsellor, my approach stems from a place of deep compassion, heartfelt understanding, and an unwavering commitment to nurturing your inner peace and growth. I create a safe, welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without any fear of judgment. My purpose is to journey beside you, gently guiding you through life’s challenges and helping you to discover strength and healing within yourself. I believe in the profound harmony found in holistic care, addressing not only the mind but also the body and spirit to foster true resilience and growth. Together, we’ll navigate the complexities of life, cultivating balance and clarity.

 

With each session, I aim to offer comfort and reassurance, tailoring my evidence-based methods and expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-based therapies, Couples and Family therapy, and other integrated forms of therapy to suit your unique needs. My practice is centered on empathy, inclusivity, and respect, creating a nurturing environment where you get to blossom and thrive while you learn how to effectively deal with and conquer the life challenges you are currently facing. You are never alone in your journey—I am here to support, uplift, and empower you every step of the way.

Getting Started

The first step would be to contact me to arrange for a brief telephone assessment to discuss the goals of therapy, ask any questions you may wish to clarify, and to get a better sense of which counsellor would best suit your needs. Once that is established, the counsellor would set up the first meeting. 

We offer in-person and virtual sessions

Kiran: Monday-Friday (flexible evening hours), available on Saturday and Sunday
