My expertise extends to providing an array of counseling services, helping individuals, couples, families, children, and youth. I hold the distinction of being a seasoned Registered Clinical Counsellor, with a 25-year journey in the field of counselling. I am the senior counsellor and clinic owner.
My credentials include: MA in Counselling Psychology and BA in Child and Youth Care Counselling. I am fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi
My toolkit encompasses diverse therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a Holistic Approach, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Coaching, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems and Marriage Counselling (Trained in Gottman Level 1 and 2).

My approach to counselling is to provide an emotionally safe place for you to talk openly about what issues are bothering you. Through respectful, professional and a friendly manner, I listen attentively to your experiences. I am client-centered and will ask you to start where you are comfortable; dedicating my time to focus on what is troubling you.
Jointly, we will explore your personal issues, determine your goals and develop strategies that work for you. Through therapy, it is my hope that you will move towards a more positive outlook on life and about yourself through empowering you with feelings of wholeness and well-being. I am committed to being a part of your healing process and will support you all the way.
The following are some therapies and modalities that guide my work; I am keen on using various therapies or philosophies to curate a unique approach to your challenges.
The first step would be to contact me to arrange for a brief telephone assessment to discuss the goals of therapy, ask any questions you may wish to clarify, and to get a better sense of which counsellor would best suit your needs. Once that is established, the counsellor would set up the first meeting.
